How we handle your information
Southern Counties Roofworks Ltd is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. If you have a question about any of it, email southerncounties_rw@outlook.com or call 07895 305286.
WHAT WE COLLECT. If you fill in the enquiry form we collect the name, phone number, postcode and message you type into it. That is all the form asks for and we do not ask for anything else. If you call or email us instead, we hold whatever you tell us in that conversation.
WHY WE COLLECT IT. To reply to your enquiry, to arrange coming out to look at your roof, and to quote for the work. We do not use it for marketing, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share it with anyone for their own purposes.
HOW THE FORM WORKS. The enquiry form is delivered by Web3Forms, which passes the message on to our email. That service processes the submission in order to deliver it, and nothing else. There is no captcha on the form, so nothing about you is sent anywhere to check you are a person.
ANALYTICS AND COOKIES. This site uses Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to count visits and measure how quickly pages load. When you first arrive you are asked whether to accept all cookies or necessary ones only, and that choice is remembered in your browser. Choosing necessary only means the analytics do not run. Necessary cookies are the ones the site needs to work at all, including remembering that choice.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT. We keep enquiry details for as long as we are dealing with the enquiry, and afterwards for a reasonable period in case you come back to us about the same job or the guarantee. Where we have done work for you, we keep enough to honour the guarantee on it. If you would rather we deleted your details sooner, ask and we will.
YOUR RIGHTS. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email or call us and we will deal with it. If you are not happy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, which is the UK regulator for this.
CHANGES. If we change how any of this works, we will change this page. It was last updated in August 2026.
